A weekend to remember

I met Sybren and Eva quite a few years ago when I was living in Thailand and working as a diving instructor. In fact I taught them their open water diving course. They didnt do the advanced open water course, and unfortunately they missed the whale sharks on those dives.. but I digress.

Anyway, we kept in touch over the years and as my wedding photography business in Amsterdam had grown, the let me know that they intended to get married and would like me to be their wedding photographer. So I was already super excited. When they let me know that it would be at a Chateau in Bordeaux I was immediately sold!.

Luckily the travel restrictions in the summer of 2020 had been relaxed so the wedding went ahead as planned.

Being at the chateau for the whole weekend was amazing and gave me the opportunity to really get to know people and make the most of the time to get the absolute best photographs possible, capturing the essence of the location, the vibe, and all the amazing details on the wedding day itself.
